NLP Logical Levels

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) has a number of very useful tools that are simple and straight forward to apply to your own personal development. One of those tools is the logical levels; they also come under a number of other names such as the logical levels of change, the logical levels of thinking and the neurological levels.

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming; these three components are the main influence on how your everyday experience, through neurology, language and programming is produced. The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines your communication with other people and programming determines the strategies or views (models in NLP language) of the world we create.
