Commitment is an important element of your performance, the level achieve and the effort you apply. We hear much said about commitment on a regular basis, not just in the workplace but also in our private lives; at home and socially. How easy is it to commit to something; is it a case of simply saying, “yes, I’ll do that for you”, or “leave it to me I’ll sort it out for you.” Is it necessary to have a financial gain in place before a commitment can be considered? Money plays a big part in many other aspects of our lives, how much of a part does it play in our commitment to the cause?
