Do you know who you are?

Just how honest a person are you? Acceptance of who you are can be difficult if you lack complete honesty with yourself. The effect of this can be compounded if you are trying to satisfy other people with your behaviour or the friends you keep. How much pressure are you putting on yourself by behaving, on the outside, in a manner that creates conflict with the person inside.
