I’m sure you’ve met somebody who has tried your patience, on more than one occasion. In fact, I’m probably on safe ground suggesting you’ve met numerous; just like many other people you’ll be fairly experienced at having to deal with them. Having to deal with these people as often as you have to would give you the impression that you would manage to do the job with a cinch; how far from the truth is that? So why is it so difficult, despite all the practice and experience we have?
n our society, respect is very highly valued. We think nothing of showing respect to others in the way we treat them. We also give respect when we’re with them and when we’re not and we think nothing of giving others absolute respect when we speak to them! Our human nature is to be naturally respectful to a person who you admire, so why is it that when it comes to transferring that same respect to ourselves does it become so difficult?
I’m sure at some time in your life you’ve experienced progress and success with your goals or a project you were working on; whether is was something fairly straight forward when you were a small child like making cup of coffee or something more involved such as a major project at work or in the home. Progress followed by is a wonderful thing, very inspiring and motivational when you see it taking place or you achieve it.
Everyone has a dream in the life whether it be to achieve a certain status or do certain things however the vast majority of people simply talk the talk but do not take the steps to actually reach their potential. A realisation needs to be made where you understand that goal setting really is a very important process which provides a destination made up from your wants, needs and aspirations.

Using crystals as a method of healing is done by placing on or around the body is called Crystal Healing. Crystal healing helps in releasing and clearing negative energy, and therefore helps to support the energy healing.
How often are you called upon to negotiate with another person or persons to come to some agreement; it doesn’t necessarily have to be at work, it could be in the home. The situation could be with your partner or your teenage children; the skills required are still the same.
The cycle of the four seasons are well known to us as fairly fixed periods of time, in our everyday lives; spring, summer, autumn and winter. I’m sure you have your favourite season that you look forward to and relish the moments as it draws closer. Likewise, I’m sure you have a season that you don’t particularly look forward to and begin to dread the times you spend in it.
At sometime in our lives, we probably have or will in the future be faced with an adversity. When it happens it’s not a surprise to hear yourself ask, why me? Our adversity will seem like the worst thing in the world and far worse than we could have ever imagined; however what ever it is we always seem to pull through.
When is the time right? Is right now, this minute? In a few more minutes maybe, or has the right time already passed by? How will you know when the right time is? Perhaps you’ll get a letter; maybe a text message or an email. Okay, enough of this beating about the bush
Goal setting is something I’ve written about on more than one occasion on this blog; something that is flavour of the month at the moment and is likely to remain so for the foreseeable future. So there we have, goal setting, so you either work with it or kick it into touch without so much as a second thought.
You’ll hear a great deal about forgiveness as you progress through your day; whether at work or home it doesn’t really matter, you have to deal with forgiveness situations. The word achievement or any of it’s derivatives are freely banded about a great deal by people wishing to impress, advertise their results or maybe just for their own self gratification. Achievement falls into one the those trendy words categories, that people love to use; in management meetings, at social meetings with their friends or any where they can raise their profile to impress people.

Just how aware or self aware are you? How clear are you with what you are doing? How clear are you about what’s going on around you? I don’t mean the simple straightforward things that happen on a daily basis; such as now I’m having my breakfast, then I’ll catch the bus to work. They’re the easy things to be aware of.
The idea of learning to learn may seem like a strange concept to you; this is especially so if you started your education when I did, as long ago as the 1960s. There were the days when you belong to a class of other children who tended to be instilled with fear more than learning. The classes were very formal, with little chance of contribution from the children, unless asked to. Also the dreaded corporal punishment was still available to the teachers and they weren’t afraid to exercise their right either.
