In that post I stated that it’s possible to be self confident but have a low self esteem. Also, if you can have low self esteem, you can have high self esteem which isn’t as desirable as you may think.

In the constant strive to achieve the ‘ideal’ physical shape and perfect body, messages from the media, are conveniently forgetting to remind us about our own inner self and the feelings we carry round with us on a daily basis.
